🛑 Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

   • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing wholesale@banswarasyntex.com or calling +91 7574816150.

   • Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us.

2. Shipped Orders

   • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return after delivery as per our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

   • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

   • For prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your bank/credit card account depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Exceptions

   • Bulk or customised orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
